MyBusinessBank - removal of online user set-up
One of the many features available to Administrators of our online banking facility, MyBusinessBank (MBB), is the ability to set up new Users to perform specified functions on registered accounts.
We are currently preparing to launch a new, enhanced online facility to replace MBB later in the year. As part of this exercise we have reviewed the online facilities that we currently offer, and have brought them in line with comparable services offered within the industry.
As a result of this we have decided, with immediate effect, to remove the ability for the Administrator to set up a new User directly on MBB.
Although this facility is no longer available, you will still have two other channels to use to set up new Users:

call the MBB Helpdesk on 0844 800 4800 (lines are open 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 2pm on Saturday); or
-
using the MBB Secure Message service (select 'Technical Queries' from the dropdown menu to ensure that the message is routed to the correct team without delay).
Using either of these channels the new User will be set up within no more than 5 working days.
