Commercial Customers - Introducing our Commercial Service Centre

Our Commercial Service Centre has been created to provide you with the best point of contact for your everyday banking enquiries, such as those detailed below:

  • General account information and transaction enquiries

  • Ordering account stationery, such as cheque and paying-in books

  • Managing Direct Debits and Standing Orders

  • Transferring money between your accounts

  • Statement requests and changes to your statement delivery

  • Report lost or stolen cards, or order replacements

We aim to deal with requests immediately, but where we can’t resolve a query straight away, the Commercial Service Centre will take complete ownership through to resolution of your query, making sure you are always kept fully informed.
