If you're an existing mortgage customers whose deal is coming to an end, please refer to your latest mortgage statement which will show when your current deal ends, then use the help below;

If you have more than six months remaining on your current mortgage deal - we cannot currently offer you a new deal and there is no need to contact us.
If you have less than 6 months remaining on your current mortgage deal and your existing mortgage is with Santander or Alliance & Leicester you can contact us on 0800 092 3881. We're open Monday to Friday 8am to 9pm and Saturday 8am to 4pm
Tracker rates can be booked up to 5 months in advance and Fixed rates up to 4 months in advance.
YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE.
