How do I notify you of a change of address?
Please print off and complete the change of details form below. Alternatively you can get a copy of the form by either calling us on 08459 724 724* (we're available Monday to Saturday from 7am to 11pm) or from your local branch. Details for Business Banking customers
Change of Details Form
Once you have completed the form you need to take this to your local branch together with account documentation such as:
Your VISA Debit Card or the account passbook and;
Signature bearing identification such as a full UK driving licence or valid EEA passport (this includes UK passport). If you would like to discuss our identification requirements please calls us on the telephone number above and we will be happy to help.
How do I report a Phishing email?
If you have received an email, phone call or letter from someone purporting to be from Santander, and you doubt its authenticity, please send details to us at phishing@santander.co.uk. The emails are then made available to our colleagues who liaise with the various law enforcement agencies and ISP's.
We can’t respond directly to any questions via this e-mail address, but all e-mails are processed, and urgent action is taken against Phishing sites identified.
How do I register for Online Banking?
Registering for our e-banking service is simple and easy to do. You can register online or call us on 08459 724 724* with your Santander cash card, VISA Electron or VISA debit card details. Lines are open 8am to 11pm, Monday to Saturday. Alternatively you can visit your local Santander branch. Please bring identification with you - for example your VISA debit card or account passbook.
If you are a Business Banking customer, please call 0845 607 0666 to register for online banking. Lines are open 8am to 9pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 1pm on Saturday.
How do I check the interest rates on my account?
Visit our rates and fees page or you can call us on 0845 7654321*. We are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 9pm and Saturday 8am to 4pm. Business bank account rates and Business savings rates.
How do I chase up a credit card application?
If you applied for a credit card over two weeks ago, and you haven't heard anything call us on 0845 603 9820*. We're open Monday to Saturday between 7am and 11pm.
