Keep your existing mortgage
You could take your existing mortgage with you so you don't have to pay any early repayment charges.

Choose new deal
For Santander customers who have less than 6 months left on their existing deal we'll currently waive any early repayment charge. To receive a full waiver your new loan must be equal to or greater than your current loan size#. In future we may withdraw this offer.
