If you've lost your card or it’s been stolen, please call us immediately on 0845 607 0666 or 08459 724 724 for non-Business customers.

What security measures are in place to protect my accounts?

We use a combination of PIN protected cards, password protected online banking and embedded security. For more information, call us on 0845 607 0666 (open 8am-9pm Mon-Fri, 8am-1pm Sat).
