How to Apply?

eSaver

What you’ll need to apply:

• Your personal and address details
• Details of any Santander bank or savings account cards you might own
• A valid email address (we will contact you via email about your application)

You can apply if:

• You are at least 16 years of age and a UK resident
• Your opening balance is at least £1

What you need to do.

1. You should read Santander’s Terms of  Business,the eSaver current savings rates, the general terms and conditions, the eSaver fact-sheet and the Savings User Guide. We also recommend that you save and/or print these documents for your records. They are all in PDF format, so you will need Adobe Acrobat to view them.

2. You need to complete the online application form from the ‘apply now’ link.  This should take about 10 minutes.

3. We suggest that you add ‘customerservices@Santander.co.uk’ to your email contacts. This should help prevent our emails to you being filtered out by your internet service provider.

What we do:

1. We aim to process your application and send you an email, within three working days (please remember to allow for weekends and Bank Holidays).

2. This email will either be to confirm that your account is opened, or to ask you to provide some proof of ID before we can open your account. Click here to find out why we need to see this information.

3. Once your account is open we will link your new account to your existing card / eBanking so that you can transact straight away. If you are new to Santander eBanking, or simply requested a new card for your savings account, we will post your eBanking credentials and new card to the address you provided within 7 – 10 working days of your welcome email.
