How to Apply

It’s a difficult subject – but what would happen if you were diagnosed with a critical illness or passed away? With life and critical illness cover we can help give your family some financial security if the worst happens.

You can apply if you are

• Over 18 and under 65
• A UK resident

Before you begin

What you'll need to apply:

• We’ll need what we call your ‘personal details’ which is really just your name, your age and that type of thing
• Proof of your name and address, for security reasons: See a list of acceptable ID
• Details of your medical history,
• Your doctor’s details, in case we have any questions about your medical history

We don’t usually ask for a medical unless there’s something specifically mentioned in your application form. If you need to claim on your plan, we’ll take all your medical history into account, so when you apply please give full answers to all the questions about your health and medical history. The plan may not pay out if you do not disclose any requested information and pre-existing conditions before the start of the plan.
