How do I register for the Online Mortgage Service?
If you have a Flexible Offset mortgage and would like to take advantage of our online service, please call us on 0845 600 0346*. We're open Monday to Friday, from 8am to 7pm, and Saturday from 9am to 2pm.
When you register to use this service you'll be sent a Personal ID, Passcode and Registration Number which will then allow you to access your mortgage account using the internet. You can select to either 'View' your details, or have the facility to 'View and Transact'.
Can I speak to an advisor about borrowing more money?
Yes, there are two ways to extend your mortgage – through either remortgaging or taking out an Additional Loan only available to our existing mortgage customers. Flexible Offset mortgage customers will be able draw down against any of their remaining additional funds. To find out which option is best for you please call us on 0800 023 2761*.

How do I notify you of a change of details?
If you want to change your Flexible Offset mortgage details, please call us on 0845 600 0346* (international number 00 44 1642 703 891). We're open Monday to Friday from 8am to 7pm, and Saturday from 9am to 2pm.

AER stands for Annual Equivalent Rate and shows what the interest rate would be if we paid interest and added it to your account each year. The tax free rate is the rate of interest payable where interest is exempt from income tax. The favourable treatment of ISAs may change in the future.
