Can I speak to an advisor about borrowing more money on my mortgage?
Yes, there are two ways to borrow more – through either remortgaging with us or taking out an Additional Loan on your existing mortgage with us. To find out which option is best for you please call us on 0800 389 9890.
How do I register for online mortgage service?
If you have a Flexible Offset Mortgage and would like to take advantage of the online service, please call us on 0845 600 0346. We're open Monday to Friday, from 8am to 7pm, and Saturday from 9am to 2pm.
When you register to use this service you'll be sent a Personal ID, Passcode and Registration Number which will then allow you to access your mortgage account using the internet. You can select either 'View' your details, or have the facility to 'View and Transact'.

How do I apply?
You can apply for a mortgage by calling us on 0800 389 9890 or visiting a branch. Use our branch finder to find the branch that’s best for you. And please remember, you'll need to bring some proof of ID .
How do I notify you of a change of details?
If you want to change your eMortgage and Flexible Offset Mortgage details, please call us on 0845 600 0346 (international number 00 44 1908 719 108). We're open Monday to Friday from 8am to 7pm, and Saturday from 9am to 2pm.
If you want to speak about a mortgage account which begins with 0905, please call us on 0845 716 5905 (international number 00 44 1908 719 126). We're open Monday to Friday, from 8am to 7pm, and Saturday from 9am to 2pm.
