All identification can be sent back to us freepost to:

Bradford,
BD1 5AN
Please do not send valuable originals such as passports and driving licenses through the post and ensure that the document(s) are photocopied on both sides and returned to us with your reference number, name and date of birth written on the back so that we can match it back to your application.
Why can't you open an account for me?
Our decision not to provide you with a Personal Loan was made by using a system called Credit Scoring. Credit scoring takes into account information you have provided to us, any we may already hold about you and any obtained from credit reference agencies.
If you would like to know more about the decision process, you may want to read our leaflet; Your application and credit scoring
If you'd like a copy of the information held about you by the credit reference agency, you can contact them at:
|
Experian Credit Report Services WA55 1EP |
Equifax PLC Credit File Advice Centre Bradford BD1 5US |
CallCredit Consumer Services Team Leeds LS3 1WZ |
You will need to give them all the names that you've been known by, along with your date of birth and details of your current and previous addresses for the past 6 years. If you contact any of the agencies, please note you need to ask for your statutory credit report and each bureau charge a nominal fee for providing this.
Please be aware the information provided by the credit reference agencies is only one part of the decision-making process. Sometimes, there may be no detrimental information held about you at the agency but we may not be able to accept an application simply because it does not meet our current business criteria.
