Santander Business Banking has entered into an agreement with the European Investment Bank (EIB) to offer discounted rates on Commercial Mortgages to eligible businesses in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
EIB Funding gives Santander a material reduction in our cost of funding which means we can provide Commercial Mortgages at a variable discounted rate, subject to eligibility.

Working capital or refinancing of existing debt. (However if part is existing debt and the rest is new money, then the new portion can receive the discounted funding.)
